What should I do if my child goes missing in a Venue?
If you are NOT registered: Call the number displayed on posters and window stickers, and security staff will help you. If you are registered: Use the number displayed at the venue on posters and window stickers and have your family ID number ready. Provide your child's name and answer a simple authorisation question. If you give anyone authorization to access your family details, you are advised to update your password.

By providing child safe zone with an uptodate photo in the event of any ermegency one would be on file to be shown to help find your child.

If you lose your child in a Child Safe Zone, simply ring the number displayed on the Child Safe Sticker (or other signage) and you will go straight through to venue security – saving precious moments and ensuring you can summon help immediately.

This simple, effective service works for everyone and is free. You do not need to register with Child Safe Zones and you do not have to buy any Child Safe Accessories. You just call the number displayed and go through to people that can help.

Virtually every venue in the UK has a lost child scheme, therefore Child Safe Zones is simply bringing all these schemes under one nationally recognised identity - helping venues and parents to keep children safe and found.

Registration & Venues
Registration provides an added benefit when in a Child Safe Zone and costs just £10 per family per year.

All Child Safe Zones are set up to access photographs of missing children on authorisation of parents. CCTV operators can see the photo of the missing child whilst searching on their monitors. Many venues also issue camera phones to their employees. This enables photographs to be sent over a wide area providing critical information to those searching.

One quick phone call and we can take your instructions to provide the police or other authorities an electronic photo of your child. We can even produce a missing poster within minutes and have it translated into several European languages.
