Is it worth subscribing to places to get free stuff? Will you get tons of junk mail?

Some places do seem tosend a lot of mail BUT everywhere has to offer you the chance to unsubscribe in every email they send out. If they don't then they are breaking UK Law.

If you decide to register with a lot of places, or enter competitions thne perhaps use a different email address and filter the email in your email program. This way you will not miss out on important work email because of a flood of junk mails.
